اعوجاج‌های رده بالا پس از فتورفرکتیوکراتکتومی به دو روش Personalized Treatment و Personalized Treatment Advanced در بیماران نزدیک‌بین و نزدیک‌بین آستیگمات

هدف: مقایسه اعوجاج‌های رده بالا پس از فتورفرکتیوکراتکتومی با دو روش PT و PTA در بیماران نزدیک‌بین و نزدیک‌بین آستیگمات. روش پژوهش: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی، 80 چشم با توجه به معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 40 چشمی تحت فتورفرکتیوکراتکتومی با روش PT یا PTA قرار گرفتند. دید اصلاح نشده، دید اصلاح شده، رفراکشن آشکار، معادل کروی، فاکتورQ ، اعوجاج‌های کروی و اعوجاج‌های رده بالا در بیماران قبل از عمل و در ماه‌های 1، 3 و 6 پس از عمل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در میزان اعوجاج‌های رده بالا بیماران در دو گروه پیش از عمل، تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری وجود نداشت. میزان اعوجاج‌های رده بالا نسبت به پیش از عمل در گروه PT به صورت معناداری افزایش (001/0P<) و در گروه PTA کاهش یافت (001/0P<). میزان اعوجاج‌های کروی نسبت به پیش از عمل در گروه PT افزایش آماری معنی‌دار (001/0P<) ولی در گروه PTA فاقد تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری بود (57/0P=). نتیجه‌گیری: انجام فتورفراکتوکراتکتومی با روش PT، سبب القای اعوجاج‌های رده بالا و کروی پس از عمل می‌‌گردد در حالی که روش PTA سبب درمان اعوجاج‌ها رده بالای از پیش موجود می‌شود. · مجله چشم‌پزشکی بینا 1394؛ دوره 21، شماره 1: 44-39.
